Spicy Tuna on

Crispy Rice Cakes


We prepared our Spicy Tuna with our Pride of India Fish Masala, Pride of India Coriander (Dhania) Powder & Pride of India Cumin (Jeera) Powder.
Healthy and full-flavoured goodness served on crispy rice cakes.
Serves 1.






170g canned tuna, drained (or fresh tuna)

1 tsp Pride of India Fish Masala

½ tsp Pride of India Coriander (Dhania) Powder

½ tsp Pride of India Cumin (Jeera) Powder

½ tsp ginger & garlic paste

3 tbsp oil

1 onion, finely sliced

1 tomato, grated/blended

spring onions, for garnishing

2 rice cakes





Heat oil in a pot.  Sauté onion until golden brown.


Add Pride of India Fish Masala, Pride of India Coriander (Dhania) Powder, Pride of India Cumin (Jeera) Powder, ginger & garlic paste and fry for approximately 1 minute.  Add a little water, if necessary.


Add tomato and cook until soft. 


Add tuna and cook for about 10 minutes.  Season with salt, if necessary.


Cook until the water has reduced and you achieved your desired consistency.


Serve on crispy rice cakes.


Garnish with spring onions.
