Fish Tacos


Not only are tacos healthy, but you can prepare a range of delicious fillings.


Our Fish Tacos were prepared with our Pride of India Fish Spice.


Serves 4.















3 tbsp oil

4 tsp Pride of India Fish Spice

4 medium hake fillets

french fry dressing

grated cheese, for garnishing





Rinse and pat dry the hake fillets.


Prepare the hake fillets by coating it with the Pride of India Fish Spice.  Add salt to taste, if necessary.


Fry in hot oil. Drain on paper towel. Once cool, cut into strips.


Lightly toast your tortillas for about 10-15 seconds. 


Add your fish strips, drizzle with french fry dressing & garnish with grated cheese.


Enjoy with sides of veggie sticks, fruit sticks, guacamole, salsa, dips or side salads.
