700g meat mince of your choice

4 tsp Pride of India Lamb Seasoning

2 tsp Pride of India Cayenne Pepper

½ tsp Pride of India Mint

½ tsp Pride of India Sage

Pride of India Sea Salt

2 tbsp oil

1 onion, finely sliced

2 tsp crushed garlic

1.5 cups grated cheese of your choice

½ cup cucumbers, chopped

½ cup tomatoes, chopped

150g tortilla chips

Heat oil in a large pan.  Sauté onion until golden brown.

Add Pride of India Lamb Seasoning and Cayenne Pepper.  Mix well.

Add crushed garlic.  Fry for approximately 1 minute.  Add a little water, if necessary.

Add meat mince.

Add Pride of India Sea Salt to taste.

Cook until the water has reduced and the mince is fully cooked.  Remove from heat and set aside.

Avoid soggy nachos by ensuring that all water has properly dried.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Spray a large pan.

Arrange mince evenly over the pan.  Sprinkle mint and sage.

Arrange the tortilla chips over the mince.

Add grated cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes.

Bake for 7 to 10 minutes; or until the cheese has melted.

Serve with guacamole, salsa, jalapenos or sour cream.

Substitute meat mince with any other mince of your choice.
