Chilli Chicken Pasta


Our Chilli Chicken Pasta was prepared with our Pride of India Ginger & Garlic Masala, Crushed Chilli, Rosemary, Mint, Thyme and Sea Salt.


This is a quick, easy & comforting dish; with spicy aromas and flavours.


Serves 6.










5 medium chicken fillets, cut into strips

3 tbsp oil

1 onion, finely sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, cleaned and cubed

1 red bell pepper, cleaned and cubed

1 green bell pepper, cleaned and cubed

¾ cup peas

¾ cup sweetcorn

4 tsp Pride of India Ginger & Garlic Masala

1 tsp Pride of India Crushed Chilli

2 tsp Pride of India Rosemary

1 tsp Pride of India Mint

1 tsp Pride of India Thyme

Pride of India Sea Salt, to taste

250g macaroni

1 tbsp plain flour

spring onion, for garnishing




Boil macaroni in water with Pride of India Sea Salt, to taste. Cook until al dente.  Drain well and set aside.


Heat oil in a pot. Add onion and sauté until translucent.


Add Pride of India Ginger & Garlic Masala and fry for approximately 30 seconds.  Add a little water, if necessary.


Add the vegetables (peppers, peas and sweetcorn) and cook for approximately 5 to 7 minutes. 


Add the chicken fillets and Pride of India Sea Salt, to taste. 


Add Pride of India Crushed Chilli, Rosemary, Mint and Thyme.


Add plain flour, mixed in half a cup of warm water. 


Cook until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is cooked through.


Add boiled pasta.  Mix well.


Cook until the water has reduced and you achieved your desired consistency. 


Garnish with spring onions.



Substitute chicken with other types of meat, seafood or soya.
